For any reason the Customer can return your order, in whole or in part, to request a refund or exchange.

Return conditions
Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order, the return costs are charged to the customer. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were originally shipped: not worn, washed or altered in any way. The soles of the shoes must be in the same condition in which you send them, with no signs of wear. All items must also be returned with the original tags and any original accessories provided (dustbag, clothing cover, etc.), including the authenticity label and the security seal which must not be cut or broken. Damaged returns will not be accepted and can be returned to the Customer at your expense. Footwear and accessories must be returned with their original box, which is an integral part of the product.

Return procedure
If the Customer wishes to return one or more items, it is necessary complete the form return and send it to Punto Vela within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order. Our Customer Service will then send an e-mail with instructions for making the return. The Customer is requested to faithfully follow the instructions provided. puntovela.it also reserves the right to inspect the returned items, and if the return does not meet the conditions imposed, to return it at the expense of the Customer.

We accept both size or color changes of the same model, if available. The return shipping of the item subject to change is charged to the customer while the shipping of the new item is free up to one change per item.

Defective goods
Products received already damaged or showing lack of conformity are considered defective. In case of defective products we ask you to follow the same return procedure filling in the module . puntovela.it reserves the right to refuse unauthorized defective returns. In case of acceptance of the defective return, puntovela.it will refund the purchase price of the garment and the shipping costs.

In the event that the Customer requests a refund for the returned item (s), puntovela.it will endeavor to make the refund as soon as possible or in any case within 10 working days from the date of acceptance of the return. The credit will be made with the same payment method used by the Customer, and on the same account. The actual visibility date of the accreditation could vary for factors beyond the responsibility of puntovela.it . Refunds are also issued in the same currency as the original purchase. We also remind you that the refund will only concern the purchase price of the items, and will not include shipping costs and customs duties, which will be charged to the Customer.

Right of withdrawal
The Customer has the right to cancel the order for any reason, in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). This right may be exercised exclusively by "consumer" customers (natural persons who purchase goods not for purposes related to their professional, commercial or entrepreneurial activity).
